The apartments at Los Olivos have the use of their own private pools. The two outdoor pools have extensive terracing with plenty of sun loungers and the indoor pool complex incorporates a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. This fully air conditioned, three bedroomed apartment has been equipped to a very high standard and consists of the following:

Open plan entrance hall leading into comfortable lounge area with satellite TV, telephone (local outgoing calls only) and hi-fi with CD player. The dining area seats six people very comfortably around a glass topped dining table and from the dining area is an arched entrance into the kitchen. The kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, eye level oven and grill, ceramic hob and extractor and large fridge freezer. From the living area patio doors open onto the large terrace, which looks out over the lower pool and in the distance out to the Mar Menor. There is a table with six chairs, two high backed chairs and three sun loungers. There is also a built in gas barbecue.

The master bedroom can have either a double bed or two singles. This is a good size room with bedside cabinets and a further cabinet with mirror above and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a large fully tiled en-suite bathroom with two basins, bath, shower cubicle and toilet. The two additional bedrooms are both very good sizes with two single beds in both rooms, cabinets and plenty of wardrobe space. The second fully tiled bathroom has a basin, bath with shower & screen and toilet.
